Baths, blowouts, nail trims, and haircuts, we’ve got it all covered. Whether your pup needs a quick refresh or a full groom, our groomer works with a wide range of breeds and coat types with skill and care.
Based on your dog’s coat length and desired outcome, we offer two grooming options: Bath & Tidy or Full Groom.
1 | What is Grooming for your dog?
Grooming is more than just keeping your dog looking their best, it’s an essential part of their overall health and well-being. Regular grooming supports healthy skin and coat, which are key indicators of your dog’s overall condition. Without proper care, dogs can develop discomfort, irritation, infections, and even injury. A skilled groomer plays an important role in maintaining your dog’s comfort and health.
2 | How often should your dog be groomed?
We recommend professional grooming every 4–6 weeks to maintain proper coat health, regardless of coat length. For long or curly coats, staying on a consistent schedule is especially important to prevent matting.
For the best results, we strongly encourage all grooming clients to maintain a recurring 6-week schedule. Dogs with repeated severe matting may be required to move to a 4-week schedule or may no longer be eligible for grooming services.
3 | Bath and Tidy
Our Bath & Tidy service is ideal for short-haired dogs or those needing a light refresh. This service includes a bath, brush, blowout, ear cleaning, nail trim, sanitary trim, light face trim, deshedding (if needed), and paw pad trimming.
Please note: We do not offer anal gland expression or teeth brushing.
4 | Full Groom
Our Full Groom is designed for dogs in need of a complete haircut. This service includes a bath, blowout, ear cleaning, nail trim, full haircut, sanitary trim, deshedding (if needed), and paw pad trimming.
For double-coated breeds, we do not recommend full haircuts. To protect the integrity of their coat, we do not shave or cut shorter than the guard hairs. Instead, excess undercoat is addressed through our deshedding process within the Bath & Tidy service.
Please note: We do not offer anal gland expression or teeth brushing.
5 | Registration Process
We look forward to meeting you and your dog. Prior to booking, all clients must complete our online registration and provide up-to-date vaccination records through our customer portal.
Grooming is by appointment only and is offered on weekday mornings. Dogs must be dropped off at their scheduled time and picked up within 30 minutes of completion to avoid additional daycare fees.
5 | Cancelltion & Deposits
A $45 deposit is required to secure all grooming appointments and will be applied toward your final balance. Pricing may vary based on your dog’s coat condition and length.
Deposits must be paid within 48 hours of booking or the appointment may be released. We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be subject to a full-service charge.
