We follow a predictable daily routine that balances activities, enrichment, and rest to help dogs feel comfortable and regulated during their stay.

Pick up is available until 12:00 PM with prior notice. Pick ups after 12:00 PM include an additional daycare fee.

Dogs may be picked up at any time during the day; however, we recommend providing advance notice so we can ensure your dog has completed their daily activities, enrichment, and playgroups prior to pick up.

7:00am - 9:00am & 3:00pm-5:00pm only
Late pick up policy
Monday – Friday

Pick ups between 6:35 PM – 6:45 PM will incur a $20 late fee

One courtesy call will be made prior to 6:45 PM

After 6:45 PM, the stay will automatically convert to an overnight boarding stay at the full boarding rate

Saturday – Sunday

Pick ups between 5:05 PM – 5:15 PM will incur a $20 late fee

After 5:15 PM → $1 per minute until 6:00 PM

After 6:00 PM, the stay will automatically convert to boarding

Standing Reservation Discounts

Notification prior to closing → discounted boarding rates apply

No advance notice → standard boarding rates apply
Cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, we ask that you please follow our cancellation policy so we have enough time to offer the spot to another client.

Standard Reservations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your reservation

Reservations canceled within the 48-hour window will be charged to the card on file
​
Peak Season Reservations
-
During peak season dates, cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to your reservation
-
Reservations canceled within the 10-day window will be charged according to our peak season cancellation policy
How to Cancel
Cancellations must be submitted through your online portal or by emailing:
info@dogdenchicago.com
Once a cancellation is completed through the online portal, you will receive a confirmation email.
What to Bring

Food labeled with your dogs name and instructions in prepackaged bags​

Medication labeled with proper instructions if needed. Please email us prior to booking your dog’s stay so we can discuss any medication needs and ensure we are able to accommodate them safely.

Treats if your dog has a sensitive stomach. Otherwise we supply treats.
