Boarding

Boarding Requirements:

If you are a new or we haven't seen your dog in 6 months or more, they need to go through another trial day. In addition to a trial day, we require our completed registration and vaccines on file. We require Distemper, Parvo, Bordetella and Rabies.

All boarding visits are by reservation only. We do not offer same-day reservations. All reservations must be requested through your online customer account. Your reservation is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from us.

We require a deposit of $65 dollars to reserve your spot. Without a deposit, your reservation may be canceled and your spot given to someone else. The remaining balance of your dogs stay is due at the time of pick up.

Activities & What to Bring:

Activities that your dog may participate in during Boarding 2.0 include but are not limited to;

• Treat dispensing toys, puzzle feeders, lick mats, snuffle mats

• Flirt pole

• Ball pit

• Canine fitness activities

• Herding ball

• Scratch Boards

• Beginner Nosework

• Scavenger Hunts
   

Personal Items - 1 blanket and 1 toy (no squeaky toys) is allowed. Items may not be returned in the same condition.

• Food - Please supply your dog's food in disposable bags, labeled with your dogs name and amount they receive each feeding. We recommend sending 1-2 days extra in case of travel delays.

• Medicine - Please speak with a Dog Den staff member about your medicine prior to scheduling your dog's daycare visit. There is an additional daily $5 medication fee.

• Please no bowls or squeaky toys

Check in and Check Out:

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 12:00pm & 4:00pm - 6:30pm

• Breakfast is 7-9am, Lunch is 12pm, and Dinner is 5pm

• Saturday & Sunday 7:00am - 9:00am & 3:00pm - 5:00pm

Safety:

This is not a subject that we take lightly. Safety is our absolute top priority at Dog Den. Our entire staff is certified in pet CPR and first aid. Our low staff-to-dog ratio ensures that your dog will be closely supervised at all times by professionals who are experts in dog behavior. Dogs will be kept separated by crates, gates, or playpens during all activities involving food or high-value items, giving them a safe space to think and explore without having to worry about another dog stealing their resources. We also pride ourselves on our extensive and thorough cleaning procedures. The toys and puzzles that dogs eat from will be completely sanitized after use. The chemicals we use are formulated to be pet-safe and are stored out of the dogs’ reach. Every part of our facility is regularly cleaned throughout the day, and we perform a deep clean at the end of each night, where we scrub the entire facility from top to bottom, including floors, walls, crates, equipment, the yard, and anything that humans or dogs come in contact with throughout the day.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans change. If something comes up and you can no longer make your reservation, we ask that you please follow our two day cancellation policy. If you notify us prior to the two day window, you will not be charged for your missed reservation. Cancellations must be done through your online portal. Once you complete a cancellation through your online portal, you will receive a confirmation email. We will be strictly following this policy, as it gives us time to notify a client on the waitlist that a spot is open for them. If you do not cancel within two days before your reservation from your Dog Den customer portal, you will be charged with the card on file for your reservation.
